Exchange & Refund

 Please review these policies carefully as they are the Terms of Sale that govern your purchases at SHAPOSH.PK Online Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at the SHAPOSH.PK Website constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

 

Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our Website.

 

SHAPOSH.PK will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective, or do not fit in accordance with the size ordered, we'll offer you a free fix.

 

Items that have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damage, or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

 

*Note: Above stated terms are only applicable if we are informed in (07) days after delivery.

*Note: There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

*Note: Prices will not be refunded against any Purchase.

 

If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may exchange the products delivered to you within (07) calendar days after delivery.

(only applicable to Products that are not at a Discount)

 

the products are unwashed and not used in any way.

the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged).

the product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned.

the product was purchased other than a seasonal/discounted campaign.

 

Please return dresses with their hangers, protective coverings, carriers, and wherever possible, in the original outer packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within (7) days of receipt of your goods. We will exchange the product once we received it from the courier or handed it over to any of our company's outlets.

 

You cannot return:

 

products that have been tampered with.

incomplete product or partial order.

customized products (size, style & fabric customization).

 

Please return dresses with their hangers, protective coverings, carriers, and wherever possible, in the original outer packaging. We will exchange the product once we received it from the courier or handed it over in the shop.

 

When the product is returned, you will be refunded via your original method of payment. If you paid via bank transfer, (Which is only applicable in the case of sales within Pakistan) you will need to give our Contact Centre your bank details, including the account number, title, bank name, and branch code (see Contact Information). After the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the product value to you.

Refund / Exchange Policy

We don't have a refund policy for any kind of purchase. We are not liable for a refund of your payment.

You can only claim products that you received as defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order. We are liable to exchange your products.

You can't exchange your order for any reason.

We do not refund/exchange orders paid via credit cards.

We do not refund, return, or exchange sale products / discounted products.
