Exchange and Refund Policy
Please review these policies carefully as they are the Terms of Sell that govern your purchases at the SHAPOSH.PK Online Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at the SHAPOSH.PK Website constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our Website.
SHAPOSH.PK will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered, we'll offer you a free fix.
Items which have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
*Note: Above stated terms are only applicable if we be informed in (07) days after delivery.
*Note: There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
*Note: Prices will not be Refund against any Purchase.
If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may exchange the products delivered to you within (07) calendar days after delivery.

the products are unwashed and not used in any way.
the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged).
the product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned.
the product was purchased other than seasonal/discounted campaign.
Please return dresses with their hangers, protective coverings, carriers and wherever possible, in the original outer packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within (7) days of receipt of your goods. We will exchange the product once we received it from courier or handed over in any of our company's outlets.
You cannot return:
products that have been tampered with.
incomplete product or partial order.
customized products (size, style & fabric customization).

We will ecxchage the product once we received it from courier or handed over in shop.
When the product is returned, you will be refunded via your original method of payment. If you paid via bank transfer, (Which is only applicable in the case of sales within Pakistan) you will need to give our Contact Centre your bank details, including the account number, title, bank name and branch code (see Contact Information). After the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the product value to you.
Refund / Exchange Policy
We don't have any refund policy, at any kind of purchase. We are not Liable for refund of your Payment.
u can only claim products which u received defective, or otherwise not in conformity with your order. we are liable to exchange your products.
you cann't exchange your order for no reason.
We do not refund/exchange orders paid via Western Union/MoneyGram, Credit Cards or Paypal.
We do not refund or return / exchange to Sale Products / discounted products.
